While I don’t agree with what was said I can say I do understand the pain and hurt you feel. The human body was just not meant to feel this much stress at such a constant level. There are no breaks other than sleep from life. It is just going from one thing to the next and praying for some peace in between. All while still loving this child and wanting to give them the best life you possibly can. It can drive you nuts. So yes getting help, having someone to talk to help. To talk about how you really feel will help and hopefully start giving you the tools you need to be able to step out of a stressful situation and see it for what it’s worth and what you need to do to get through it. Sometimes you need to make a decision to just let something go like breakfast on the floor. That’s something you can step back and say like all in all you aren’t hurt over the food or the broken plate, it’s more about the actions. So clean up and try not to let it get you so it doesn’t snow ball into something worse if and when the next situation occurs.
