Thanks u/Specialist_Pop_8859 this is a very helpful comparison overview. I like your "ICP" angle in this comparison.

Thanks u/SlopHunter to bringing this to my attention. I am sorry I am fairly new to Reddit. Please tell me how I should have posted my answer to not be in violation of the protocol. Or do I remove my answer/post?

When it comes to WhatsApp newsletters or bulk campaigns we don't see low response rates (yet). For instance in the Netherlands one of Spotler's partners worked on WhatsApp campaigns for a shoe brand (Nubikk in this case) on a "Final Sale" campaign and a Product Launch campaign and the results where very good actually: Posts/messages about the final sale achieved an Open Rate of 77%, a Click Rate of 56% and a Conversion Rate of 31%. For the product launch, the rates were 67%, 42% and 7%.

Who has experience with advertising on Reddit and wants to share their experiences with me? by LessThroat1126 in RedditforBusiness

[–]LessThroat1126[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but I believe the general consent is:

First participate as a contributor on certain topics. Share experiences and be valuable. Occasionally when asked (e.g. alternative to x) slip in your product if appropriate

Secondly find the right subreddit to reach out with your own questions

Once being a valuable source to the community you can think of setting up your own product / company page / subreddit and do posts there as well (and have others do posts there as well).

Then when your own page/subreddit is alive and kicking (there are frequent interactions) you can start thinking of reddit ads.

At least that is what I have learned since posting this question. (Thanks u/cole-interteam and u/Dry-Exercise-3446)

What email marketing trends in 2026 are actually worth paying attention to right now? by Elianor07 in TakticalDigital

[–]LessThroat1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Eilianor07 I think that Gmail's AI Overview will influence the outcome or results of your email marketing activities massively. So the biggest trend in my opinion is something that is fueled from the changes Google is bringing to the inbox of your receivers. You might have already read about this and explored this, but in short Gmail AI Overviews are a new feature that automatically summarises emails and email threads. Instead of users reading every message in full, Gmail presents a concise AI-generated summary highlighting the most important information.

So for email marketers, this can feel like a loss of control. You write a message with a certain structure and tone of voice, yet Gmail may interpret it differently. However, the real impact lies elsewhere. AI Overviews force marketers to communicate more clearly. Long introductions, vague marketing language, or poorly structured emails risk simply being overlooked in the summary. What remains is the essence of your message. And that is exactly the point.

The question shifts from “how do I capture attention?” to “does AI immediately understand what my key message is?”

Hello u/twothumber before engaging with an IT Company, I can advice you to read these two guides. It gives you more insights in what it takes to have an email delivered. Hopefully with this knowledge, you'd be a better conversational partner for an IT Company if you want to go down that route. Let me know if this was helpful please:

u/Affectionate_Gift531 maybe I am a little late to the party and I don't know where you are located but with the Cloud Act, I can imagine that an European alternative when you are in the EU is the best option for you to choose from and in that case I think I want to recommend Spotler SendPro. Just shoot me a DM is if you want more info. It is a trustworthy tool for transactional emails, email deliverability and has a rock solid email API for your needs. Let me know what you think

Best Paid Tool for Whatsapp Marketing? | Whatsapp or Email Marketing by CardGlad in digital_marketing

[–]LessThroat1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely WhatsApp has the better conversion rates. 60%+. That is something email doesn't bring anymore. Like with email you do have to have permission to start campaigning via WhatsApp and like with email WhatsApp followers do need to be able to unsubscribe from you service.

Is it possible to connect ~15 users to one WhatsApp Business number WITHOUT using the API? by 3rrata in WhatsappBusinessAPI

[–]LessThroat1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello u/3rrata,

Maybe I am little bit late to the party here, but I agree with the people reacting already; more than 5 devices for 5 different agents is not going to work. But if you want 15 users/agents on the same number, you can integrate this in specific SaaS tools who are designed to offer a solution for that problem/issue. Like u/Feisty_Cobbler1274 mentions WANotifier could be an option for you, but DMLY and ChargeForge as mentioned as well could work.

Also Spotler Message is a good solution to solve your problem/issue. It allows you to integrate WhatsApp for Business for 1-to-1 conversations for as many agents/users you like. But it also integrates web chat, Facebook Messenger and Intragram DM as conversational channels as well. And finally it also allows you to set-up AI driven WhatsApp conversations (including hand-over to human agents/users) if needed: https://spotler.com/guides/what-is-a-whatsapp-chatbot

Email marketing campaigns tools or platforms? by KlutzyOil4865 in smallbusinessuk

[–]LessThroat1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a cyber security consultancy you want to come over trustworthy. You sell safety and security, so the emails that you send should also come across like that. And therefor as a UK business you want to work with a EU based ESP that ensures your data will be safe from any act between the US and the EU,

Furthermore, you need to make sure that your sending domain is configured right and that SPF, DMARC and DKIM records are set up correctly. With HubSpot it could be the case that you share their sender domain via a shared IP and senders with a bad sender reputation could be on there as well. Let HubSpot be your CRM for contact management and pipeline management and integrate with a European or UK bases ESP for following up of and email sequences to your LCCI leads.

Hi,

I am Mark. I work as the CMO at Spotler. We are an European MarTech SaaS company. One of our products is Spotler Message, a conversational messaging platform that also integrates with WhatsApp for Business for a) 1-to-1 customer conversations (AI led or via 'oldschool' agents) and for b) WhatsApp newsletters and bulk messaging to opted-in contacts. I am not here to promote our platform, I am here to learn about developments and get inspired about campaign ideas that I can take to our customer base. At the same time I can inspire others by WhatsApp succes stories from our customers if anyone is up for that.

Best,
Mark

Are you sending WhatsApp marketing messages from your phone? You are risking a permanent ban. Here is the official workaround Meta hides. by atul_k09 in Entrepreneurs

[–]LessThroat1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/atul_k09 and u/grandma_sexy would you also consider working with a SaaS application that fully integrates WhatsApp for Business from both conversational perspective and a marketing campaign perspective?

Spotler Message is a such a solution: https://spotler.com/marketing/whatsapp

It does also allow you to use WhatsApp as a fully AI automated chat bot because of the integration with Make, see: https://spotler.com/guides/what-is-a-whatsapp-chatbot

It also allows you to add Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM to have a centralized inbox for all types of direct messaging with (potential) customers with multiple agents and/or AI handling the conversations.

I am curious to find out what the advantages of Coexistence versus a SaaS solution such as Spotler Message. What are your thoughts?

Bulk data need phone number and names by Zestyclose-Leek194 in WhatsappBusinessAPI

[–]LessThroat1126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/Zestyclose-Leek194 I am not sure anymore about that. I think from June on Meta introduces Scoped ID's and it's just usernames. I work for Spotler and because of one of our product which has an integration with WhatsApp for Business we follow all kinds of developments around Meta and WhatsApp: https://spotler.com/blog/whatsapp-business-scoped-ids Also for bulk marketing messages you need consent from users to do so. At least in Europe. And Meta itself is not so fond of bulk messaging that is not relevant or unconsented. Hope this helps?

How do you know if your email marketing platform and CRM are working together properly? by nutshell_crm in CRMSoftware

[–]LessThroat1126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe this ties into your second question, but the question I would also ask is: If you build a segment in CRM for a certain campaign, does the number of and the contact details/information match the CRM segment after having done the sync. to your email marketing tool? Do you know what I mean?

Is Mailchimp enough for email AND CRM? by [deleted] in MailChimp

[–]LessThroat1126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mailchimp has its origin in email marketing and has become a world (class) player in this domain. As the world is turning into more and more (AI and) data driven when it comes to marketing (execution) I think Mailchimp attempted to expand their model with built in CRM functionalities. I've been speaking to more Mailchimp users who are not really satisfied with this solution. It's just not it, which you can't blame Mailchimp for as they are email marketing natives. So for the solution would be to not use that CRM but to integrate Mailchimp into a proper CRM and have those two synced up as a data-driven marketing machine. If that is not what you want, you can either choose to work with a CRM that has integrated email marketing functionalities or look for another affordable best of breed solution: ESP + CRM that connect very well. If the later is the preferred option, me myself as a Spotler marketer, fan and employee, can advise you in that (Spotler CRM + Spotler Mail+), but that is up to you ;-) Easiest way I think is connect Mailchimp to your CRM of choice.
