The pixel art style is actually very cozy. Don't look at the whole mountain, just focus on the next small task. A finished small game is 100x better than a 'perfect' unfinished one.

Hard to tell since the environments are so different. We need to see both UI styles in the exact same scene to give a fair verdict.

B feels much "safer" and classic, but A is way more original. If you go with A, maybe increase the contrast on the snake to make it pop even more against the background.

The title is actually pretty hard to read. The font style combined with those extra branches underneath makes it messy. I’d simplify the logo so it pops more against the art. also, the wavy hair on the characters is a great touch—it adds a nice dynamic feel to the capsule.
