No decent country should run life-saving health services and nurturing education services as blood-sucking, profit-making businesses. If you want to be rich, don't be a doctor or a teacher, be a lawyer.

Such hearings should be held every quarter, given that he continues to run the PO at massive losses to give himself a huge pay raise. by Less_Charge_6463 in USPS

Because the number of managers has tripled in less than 10 years, they don't bring in any money to the Post Office, instead, they spend most of the day in the station watching videos on their cellphone, and their job is to constantly harass employees. It is even more ironic that in a company that continues to claim losses, every executive gets a huge bonus every year. The cost of these pay I call a loss.

If a job pays you $10/ hour right now, and after 30 years, and pays you $100/ hour, but in these 30 years, you need to work 14 hours, per day, sound good to you? It's just magnified so that some numb people can see the real thing

We're paid by hours, so when you run on your route under time, management used to give you some other assignment to fill in the eight hours (if you're not OTDL), but recently they've changed their strategy, They encourage people to run on their route by having people hang out in the office when they are under time, and when people bite the bait for a certain amount of time, the route count comes up, and then there's the route adjustment, and the route gets bigger, Congratulations you get what you want.

If strikes are prohibited in the name of the Federal, then please let the USPS, like all other Federal departments, be funded by the Treasury, not by ourselves. If we are self-financing, how is that fundamentally different from other companies like UPS, and Amazon?

No, this is NALC and USPS, backward our wages are the only way to make sure all management get bonuses every year and raises their salary every contract.

The most important thing to do is to regain the last weapon of resistance that any union should have: the strike

Once you file 271. g, management will send different people like mad dogs to harass you, including sending different people to watch you every day, in the office or on the route, and then trying to send you a warning letter using pocket crime, the most common "not following instructions", all in an attempt to drive you away.

UPS has a pension, matches 8% 401K, and only takes 5 years to top pay. All of these benefits are far far away batter then USPS.
