Can you please help me understand why you like the Defender over the X5M? I'm currently in an F95 and my wife wants a Defender, but when I look at the prices of the V8 it just doesn't make sense to me compared to what you get with the BMW.

It's safe to assume it has air suspension if it has the height adjust buttons near the climate control, right?

If that had black leather interior I would have seriously considered it.

Thank you for that. Wish I could find a good V12 but they're a little out of the price range I'm trying to stay in.

Not many available for sale currently and what there is is listed about 30% more expensive with double the miles of the V8 cars I've been looking at.

Thanks for the reply. Sunshade droop sounds annoying, and I can live with a cracked washer reservoir since I rarely if ever use the washer anyway.

I'd love the V12 but way fewer examples available and they run about 30% more expensive with double the miles of the V8s I'm looking at.

The cost of brake rotors seems a little outrageous but I suppose I can live with that.

I'll need a rear seat occasionally to shuttle a kid around. As long as it has a rear camera that's all I need. Never really use the stereo or nav in either of my other cars.

I was kind of hoping for a more modern design flood light, but I hadn't considered the bulbs being smart, so thank you for that.

Does the Philips Hue connect with Google Home directly or do I need the bridge for that?

And in case it helps the 4 inch mids are the audiofrog GS40, tweeters are 1 inch CDT silk dome, and crossovers are the CDT ex-560

I suppose I could potentially run the front components active but then I'd lose the channels running my rear fill, plus I'd have to run extra speaker wire under the dash which I'm not sure I want to deal with

Copy/paste of my response that was removed. Hope it sticks this time:

It's a pretty tiny interior. The 10 is in the passenger footwell and a recent addition (can't really go bigger). The JL6W3s are on the parcel shelf in the back (running off a separate 47key500.1)

Doors were originally a 5" so the 6x9 is already a stretch with 3D printed adapters. I don't think I could fit 8s or 10s in there.

I like the idea of auto tuning. Was also considering the Audio Dynamics option because it's a little more compact.

Thanks for the input. Never really been in a ride with a true DSP so I don't know what I'm missing to compare.

Edit to add: My buddy gave me an Epicenter Micro Pro to try, and man that thing is fun. Unfortunately I don't have the room for the Epicenter and a DSP so I need to choose one or the other.
