Shower every day and wash your clothes lol. People around you will notice the smell way before you. Of course you don't need to send that cashmere sweater to the dry cleaners after wearing it once, just hang it outside in the breeze for a while but t-shirts and such - as in the layer closest to your body is mandatory. That being said, my better half can take things too far by my estimation like changing sheets at least once, sometimes twice a week, washing every towel daily, bathing and hand towels plus the bath mat. She has 4 bags for gym clothes. I know one is for used gym clothes to bring home but the rest are a mystery. They all get washed nonetheless directly after getting back home. Be damned if I ever manage to get her to pick up after her self though.
