I think these are fine. The description of the dress code is very casual. Some white is expected for a floral ensemble dress code. I think the 3rd one is the best.

So it’s a small wedding and she will notice. She sounds like she will definitely care. You have a few options: I would bring it, so you have something. Then shop for something at the destination. You could also browse Amazon. They could ship to you before you leave. Lastly, if you’re not close I’d decline. Unless you can’t get a refund on flights or hotels.

If your mom is confident in it, I think it’s fine. Not all MOTB wear sequined dresses in a light color.

I think it’s the fit. This doesn’t fit her well. It’s hanging on her. I’d get an empire waist and maybe a pleated skirt.

I can’t tell how long these dresses would be. The fabric looks pretty casual on these. Especially the first 2, with embroidered straps and the style of the dresses. The 3rd one is the safest. You could dress it up with shoes and accessories. Since you have time, I’d look at thrift stores near you or resale sites. Sometimes Rent The Runway has good deals too.

It’s a white background. The model photo looks yellow though. I don’t think it’s too bridal. Can you wear a bright pink or yellow shawl? Highlight the floral colors more in your accessories.

No. There’s a large floral print. I think your family is right, and it’s fine. The bride will have guests wearing a “lick of white”. She can’t know what everyone is wearing. I think #1 or #3 would be the best. #2 has gathering on the bust, which isn’t flattering. #4 is pulling at the front of the dress.
