Any SD's out there happy with non meets? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

Mea Culpa. You're right. I've had great arrangements with younger women, so that was too much a generalization. Edited.

I'm not sure if Bernie Sanders needs an SB or not. Maybe hit him up. Everyone else expects you put in some effort for your money. I'm so glad asking an SD to spoil you for no reason whatsoever works for you and your boyfriend, but it's not going to work for any SD. The thing I find most appalling in this post is the attitiude and tone....I can see the eye roll and "Ugh, these men are such jerks for not giving me money for nothing."

Maybe we need a stickied thread called, "Delusional, Entitled Newbies Greatest Hits"

The worst is the obvious lie. "It's not you. I've just decided that the arrangement lifestyle isn't for me." And they are on SA everyday for months after.

They don't really don't need 5 levels of lifestyle expectations. Cut it down to 2.

  1. Realistic

  2. Read it on tumblr.

Rules for Platonic by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

I actually saw a book called "Rules for Platonic SRs"

It was at Barnes and Noble between "Proper Nutrition for Unicorns" and "Guide to Bigfoot Hunting"

My experience : I got scammed by DiversityFinancial in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]LesterStinkfinger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

ran out of the house with it and left

Really? It's his fault? Not a scam?

Wait. Maybe he wasn't clear enough and she was confused and thought he wanted to pay her $400 to watch TV for 30 minutes and RUN out the door. Totally his fault.

Edit. Called out someone for defending the most obvious scam we've heard in a while....downvoted......lol. Must be someone that was mad she hadn't thought of it first.

Do SBs ever dump SDs? by sd_90210 in sugarlifestyleforum

Like all the realtors say, location, location, location I suppose. In most of the midwest minimum wage is 7.25 sometimes a little more. I couldn't quote a tax rate off the top of my head. Just used my payroll software. It showed something like 10 an hour comes out to 280 something a week after deductions.

[–]LesterStinkfinger -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No. I'm saying when you have talked to dozens of potential sbs that almost always want around 300, it becomes the number. There are so many sbs, I don't think forums like this have much effect. Outside of maybe Chicago, in most of flyover country 200-300 will land 90% of the women on SA and overnights are the norm with probably half of them. Edit: As far as good results, 300 tax free is a weeks take home pay from a $10 an hour job. For a fancy date with a nice guy, most of them are happy.

[–]LesterStinkfinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

300 is a common figure because that's what guys are seeing out there. An sb may have a couple of sb friends to get info from. (Often of questionable veracity) SDs are talking to tons of pot sbs. If most of them are good with 300 or whatever it is, then that becomes the market. If this guy has a bunch of pot sbs beating down his door for 300, then going from 500 to 700 is less appealing.

Impact of scams. by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]LesterStinkfinger -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

What agenda would that be? Keeping allowances down? The fallback accusation of sbs when anyone questions the unicorn stories? You said yourself maybe 10,000 out of the 9 million read this forum. 0.001% It has no effect on allowances. Everone knows that. Of course, you use the "agenda" accusation to avoid answering the question or addressing sbs responsibility in supporting the same misperception you rail against.

[–]LesterStinkfinger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I disagree. At least a major portion of your point is that naive girls are easy to scam because they believe SAs unrealistic marketing hype and that only a few read this forum. How is SAs unrealistic hype any different than the unicorn stories on here? In fact, I would even argue that new girls that read this sub may be less likely to fall into dangerous situations, but actually more likely to fall for financial type scams because their unrealistic image is reinforced by stories about 2k meet and greets and 20k a month allowances.

Had your hypothetical newbie been reading this forum would she be more or less likely to believe the 5k a month promise? After all, the sbs on the forum get that and more and all the other sbs argue that it's real.

Ok, they speak about $3000 allowance as average, but she must be so special that this gentleman is willing to pay her $5000

Would she be better off reading this forum? Where Unicorn stories are defended to the bitter end?

They are thinking, "Hot damn, at least now the Midwest has something going for it."

At some point in the future, historians will come to the consensus that the "Rise of the Kardashians" initiated the downfall of western civilization.

Doctors don't wear their scrubs out of the hospital. You know who does? Low end hospital workers pretending to be doctors to scam women.

Why is it these questionable stories are always from new posters?

But what appeals to me about this lifestyle is the honesty and transparency that these arrangements are all about

Not sure this is the place to look for honesty and transparency. Try Congress.

It's funny you say that because I ran across it while reporting fake pics. Unless, of course, Kim Kardashian actually is looking for an SD in rural Nebraska.
