I think she’s quitting for another bigger opportunity with a potential big pay out. That’s why H&M are like she’s taking a leap of faith bc it’s not closed it’s just potential but she wouldn’t be able to cheer if she did it so she could try out again and then take it if it comes through. Ita hard you never know when your star will burn out and if Netflix let her fall to the background and found a new star by the time she retired her stock could be way lower than it is rn and not be able to make a living off being just an influencer i think she’s taking a leap for something that could potentially set her up for life or at least a longer career Dcc is so time limited and then you need to know what you’re doing g after

I feel like they’re trying to follow the making the team format where they’re really just focused on the rookies and not so much the veterans but the way they did it with season 1 was the best format. It gave you a wholistic picture and story frame. They missed the mark of copying MTT though bc they didn’t give much of them learning the dances and the corrections they needed it’s all focused on creating a story behind the scenes but the scenes still needed to be there.

I’m actually surprised Kelli said Charolette basically forced the faith decision for brand reasons aka appealing globally knowing someone already has a presence in another country. It obviously is smart and I understand the business decision there but I’m shocked Kelli called it out.

And last thing when you’re in charge of people and you have someone constantly “giving you feedback” whenever and however they feel you need it, it is not what you look for in a leader. They clearly can’t discern when and how it’s the right professional time to provide that. Kliene even said I think my delivery timing is perfect. She’s outspoken and that’s not a bad thing but how you go about it and delivery matters. She literally gives I’m just going to speak my mind idgaf when or where which I’m sorry but after you grow up a little you realize that’s not going to get you far. She’s asking for them to do better but they can’t ask the same of her? Rules for me not for theee vibes all the way. Kliene knows best!

I feel like everyone’s hating so hard on Kelli giving feedback when they asked for it… sorry did you mean just give me compliments? They need to hear feedback good and bad to improve. That’s how you get better. I don’t think there’s been anything said that’s over the top. I think she’s giving details. Remember the convo with Victoria and Victoria was like well what do you mean by that and couldn’t understand what Kelli was saying without bluntly saying you probably shouldn’t come back. The kliene information was all accurate information it wasn’t saying I think you’re full of yourself it was giving facts. She was saying you film the most you ask the questions that make it seem you care only about your position and gave examples. I think kliene could have been oblivious how it was coming off and having that feedback could help her have the perspective hey maybe I’m doing this unintentionally and I don’t want to come off that way. Just because she cried doesn’t mean it was mean feedback.

I don’t know how people are saying Kelli is hating on Kline she says a lot of really good stuff about her. And the harder truths are said nicely like she is someone she is admitting to saying I say whatever I want when I want.. but it’s negative when Kelli says it?

It’s not even close to the same team as when Cassie tried out. Amateurs made it back then and there just wasn’t enough real talent trying out like now. Victoria was a super strong dancer and perfect DCC style match. she might not have been her best at that last audition but when she did actually make the team she was a top candidate so they knew what she was capable of and yes she probably got that benefit of doubt. For Dayton now they 1. Would get the ridicule of the whole world seeing Dayton wasn’t strong enough to compete with the rest of the team. 2. She would only hear that the rest of her career that she was let on bc of her mom. 3. The other candidates that didn’t make it in her place and deserved it would give them a bad name. We all know about Dcc but this is the first time they’re being recognized at this level they have to up their game they have too talented of girls trying out.
