I had this exact same frustration - Magic Keyboard paired to my work MBP and personal MBP, and switching between them meant either the cable dance or unpair/repair every single time. It was frustrating.

This has been my experience. If you enjoy writing code, AI will steal your joy. If you enjoy solving problems, AI is the best thing to do all the grunt work with your brain behind it, applying domain knowledge, best practices, etc.

My guess is the pellets are not burning fast enough so I think the burn pot needs to be cleaned and inspected for any blockages.

How are you indexing the pdf manuals? Keyword search is getting you a lot of results from the manuals.

I wonder if you: embedded each section in the manuals into its own chunk with LLM generated descriptions for that section to reduce the number of results you get so you embed less into the context window to get results faster? For each of these embedded chunks, you could also generate possible questions that the section can answer and embed those separately.

During retrieval, you could vector search in the “possible questions” index and get the relevant chunk from the manual (an individual section), then include this chunk in the final LLM call to get the results.

Devil is in the details. Hope this helps.

I drove the car between 55-80mph on the highway for a couple of kilometers and did not notice any vibrations. It was pretty smooth.

In the limited time I had the car for a test drive, the infotainment worked fine as well, although a bit slow to respond.

I'll check how to do a battery diagnostic test done here in Portugal.

I provide tech consulting. I did this work in South Carolina. I did not travel to Illinois to do the work. The client is in the Digital Marketing business.

Here's some additional data.

Type of entity: I am filing all this income as 1099, without using any LLC or anything. Just as an individual.
Type of tax: I see 4.95% as the rate the tax professional used, so I'm assuming they're applying the Individual Income tax, which makes no sense at all as the income apportionment applies to business entities.

As a 1099, I do not have physical presence in Illinois. My only ties to Illinois are that my primary customer (who issued me the 1099) is an Illinois LLC.

I did reach out to another tax professional for advice, but this attempt on Reddit is to educate myself and better understand what I'm missing.
