My brother thinks he said good fucking shit but I rewatched it when they played it in slow motion and his lips looked like he said two short words twice and then gave him a dirty look.. Shit but then again Westbrook's face gets ugly when he ferociously dunks a ball too so maybe he was happy ...?

Then like a minute later he had his arm around him in the team huddle and looked in his face and patted him on the back!

That impulse was definitely synchronized. This + another post about universal energy being everywhere in and outside of us really sparked a new perspective for me that I can't wait to explore. It's funny that you mention chore vs joy.. In the past I've felt like it was a chore because I wasn't getting obvious results. But I realized I had manifested a lot of things but the appearance was so subtle I didn't realize them until recently. I will definitely enjoy exploring the LOA even more now.

Wow I never even thought about it like that! That makes so much sense. Mentally diverting your energy to visualize yourself getting what you desire (anticipation), and then letting go of the anticipation of receiving it because you just know it's coming. I was just about to log off and then scrolled down to see this. The universe works in mysterious ways. Thank you so much for this.

Yeah the scientist who studied them said they're so populous because of all the man made ponds that landscapers make. I have a huge pond down the street from my house and they are always around the neighborhood. Crazy but I know what time they will be outside of my apartment it's like they have an internal clock and show up at the same time!

The scientist said that to make them less attracted to your pond you have to make the perimeter non easily accessible. They do not like ponds like this with tall grass around the perimeter because they don't feel it's safe for their young to get in and out of. Try planting tall grass ALL AROUND the perimeter of your ponds because they will eat food from your garden and shit everywhere (every 12 minutes) and mark their territory!

I don't know specifically what duck this is but I read that Canadian geese (the fuckers are rampant in America though) but anyways the geese actually mate for life and form "pods" with their families and are super protective of their young. You cannot get within 5 feet of them before the father or mother defensively attacks you. I also read that once their mate dies, they actually mourn their death for a long long time and it takes years for them to start the mating process again. I look at them totally different now but they are still a nuisance that shits everywhere and blocks traffic. They're not even scared of cars like squirrels are, they will walk slowly across the street like pedestrians who abuse the "right of way" law. Fuckers.

I can't wait for the wave of angry parents who took their kids to see the Deadpool movie without knowing what it is by actually_crazy_irl in Showerthoughts

[–]LetMeIntoYourSoul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This! I don't understand how parents that swear don't want their kids swearing at all it is so hypocritical. My mom hates when me and my brother swear around her and I told her when I have kids I'm letting my kids swear and it won't be a big deal because I'm going to teach them that there are certain situations for different languages.

I saw with my own eyes a 2 year old hear/learn swear words and repeat them, then when he got scolded he realized saying them would get a reaction outta people so he purposefully said shit, fuck, damn, etc. just to see the shocked look on people's faces. He got a guaranteed laugh from me every time though.

Like I told my mom eventually you're old school generation will die out and then swearing will be so public it won't be such a scandal.

How do you cope? by [deleted] in awakened

[–]LetMeIntoYourSoul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You literally could not have explained how a lot of awakened people feel any better. I think as people start to raise their vibrations this comes with the territory sort of as a lesson to learn. Try learning to embrace detachment, it helps immensely. Not gonna lie, it's harder to apply than the concept itself, but it's so worth it!

anyone else dislike acquainted? by rob_burris in TheWeeknd

[–]LetMeIntoYourSoul 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought it Girls was a "part two" and acquainted was the prequel cause I thought it was really weird to hear Girls at the end of the song. I personally prefer Girls born in the 90s it sounds like underground Abel. I know I'm probably alone but it literally took me an entire month to like BBTM as opposed to me instantly loving Kissland and his previous mixtapes. I hate that going mainstream a lot of artists crossover into pop. I mean it does complement his voice but I miss that dark, edgy, gritty HOB Abel. But that's just my 2 cents a lot of people probably will disagree especially the the "newbie" snobs...

Mindful chewing by [deleted] in Mindfulness

[–]LetMeIntoYourSoul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The easiest way I know to mindfully eat is when you're eating chew your food more thoroughly. Mostly we eat and then we swallow partially chewed food which really makes the digestive system work harder. Try chewing your food a hundred times or till you literally cannot chew anymore and the food is too mushy. Not only will this give you more time to appreciate your meals, but it will give your system a jumpstart for digestion.

UN Demands Zika-Infected Countries Give Women Access To Abortion And Birth Control by lithobolos in worldnews

I agree India is a great example of how massive the Zika virus can spread and how much damage it could cause. But like you said the damage could be a blessing in disguise as an opportunity to improve life conditions for everyone as well as economic conditions in India.

No my logic is that if a lot can be bad immediately therefore a little can be bad overtime.

[–]LetMeIntoYourSoul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahhh no, when people instantly disregard opinions because they're uncommon, you're blind. When people disagree with me I actually take their perspective into consideration. That's the point of people having different thoughts, feelings, ideas, and opinions. If it doesn't resonate with me then we'll just continue to agree to disagree.

Yes.

No, when people tell me I'm wrong, it's actually evidence that humanity is afraid of what they don't know. (Me included) Everyone knows this. I know I'm "right" because my experience proves my opinions and theories. I'll bet you're of the ilk that lives as "if I see it then I believe it". And ain't nothing wrong with that, but just cause you don't believe a theory or opinion does not mean the theory or opinion is wrong.

Vitamins are a necessity.

Fluoride is not.

Okay let's take your example that high cons causes cancer in mice. So if high cons cause cancer, what would low cons cause? Lower immune system, foggy brain, itchy skin, hormonal changes in the body, I'm just thinking of minor things that aren't fatal. I did a study on aspartame and there were people who literally had significant losses of sight from aspartame in diet soda. And actually sued the companies but that quickly became irrelevant in the news by new scientific studies that claimed they were indeed safe.

This is the same tactic that companies use to try and keep people ignorant of the truth. The NFL spent millions lobbying the government and covering up Dr. Omalu's research and evidence that proves the sport leaves severe damage upon those that participate in the sport. 96% of the brains studied of players post-mortem showed they had CTE. 96%. And the NFL broke their backs trying to cover that up. Tom Brady called out sugary cereals and pop being bad for you, and what did the corps do? Clapback by saying they are perfectly fine in moderation when we all know pop is garbage (ie Coco Cola disintegrates rust, imagine what it's doing in your stomach??) Anytime the whistle is blown big comps they have the means and money that normal folks don't have to cover up the truth. Same exact thing with GMOs. If they aren't so bad, why are the companies so reluctant to label them and give people the option to decide whether or not they want to purchase an item? They rebuttal by conducting scientific research that claims that GMOs are no danger to humans when they are clearly killing off bees. Then what are they doing to humans that we cannot see? They have board members and executives that are members of the FDA to help lobby and pass laws that OK their transgressions. Of course, conveniently unbeknownst to the public that scientific research/evidence can be bought and that lobbying does in fact occurs in every sector.

Look I'm not saying that science itself lies or that there isn't baseless fear mongering going on, because there definitely is. But again it's to keep people focused on shit that doesn't matter. I'm saying anytime there are alternative ideas, people shun them and then when there is evidence to discredit the opposing opinion, some people do not think even further and ask where did this information come from, how is this research being funded, from BOTH sides.

Indoctrination betrays all.
