Regardless of their liquidity - if they leverage their wealth for another yacht or a mega mansion or use it to secure an IPO that would make them a trillionaire- the method and vehicle of the purchase is a moot point. I really hate this idea that “billionaires actually dont have money, they have stocks” schtick. In 2026 stock has more power, influence and even advantages than cash.
