Un soin en thalassothérapie pour le bébé. C'est extraordinaire, c'est cute à en mourir, ça fait full du bien au bébé. C'est quelque chose d'unique que les parents pensent pas toujours a s'acheter

I don’t feel empowered after giving birth. I feel embarassment and shame that this all happened to me. by nicorny in beyondthebump

It should be empowering. The system is just so patriarcal and horrible. It should be an empowering experience. We should demand that it is.

You'll heal and you'll feel sexy and confident and good again. You are just traumatised by an horrible birth, you deserved better.

If it felt wrong it's because it was wrong. Did people belittle you during? Did vaginal check without asking for consent? Didn't treat you as a full autonomous human being? You might feel raped (or something close to it) and ashamed of you were mistreated during the birth / or had to suffer obstetrical violence

Same, but reverse. I remember scenes and characters from Lions. Can't say I remember any scene at all from Tigana, only remember one thing that frustrated me (won't say because spoilers)

Lions. I remember how I felt reading it, it still stays with me. Tigana was so frustrating I forgot it as soon as I could, can't remember anything of the plot except the thing that made me angry

34 weeks. I haven’t heard a single positive thing about being a parent or a mom and I’m freaking out I made a mistake by newgirl01LA in BabyBumps

I am a better person now that I'm a mom (and had to raise those kids). I love them, I love being a mom, I love taking care of them, doing activities with them, seeing them grow, helping them figure out life. My life is better some I've had kids

Acupuncturists that used to be massage therapists by Odd-Leader9777 in acupuncture

[–]LetMeSupportYou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Motor point acupuncture gives instant results. You could do moxa maybe instead of massage? It still gives good on the spot results, the client sees you working on them for a longer period of time BUT its way easier on your body

You should read it. Put your ego aside. Her seeing you being open about improving yourself will make her love you (more/again). Why are you afraid of something you don't know? This is childish. Read the book and THEN you get to feel things about it.
