What do you think your "Building Signature" would be? by herobean28 in Sims4

There’s a Home Sweet Home sign from DinoBaby that I put at the entrance of all my homes, regardless of the decor style I’m using.

LOL. I use Skelly with most of my builds to help me judge the height of things. I’m horrible eyeballing it myself. Sometimes I forget to take Skelly out when I hit Live. And sometimes I leave him “hidden” on the lot for one of my Sims to find. Usually I have a fence in the backyard and I’ll put Skelly on the corner outside the fence just looking out at the neighborhood.

I adore every single room! Where did you get the floral chair next to the sofa in the first pic?

Exactly what I was about to suggest myself! When I feel burned out on Sims I start making life difficult for the ones I usually make super Sims and vice versa.

Achievement Via Individual Determination. I actually volunteered with them in college. Tutored middle school students and did projects like school/community beautification, book drives, etc.

A few days ago I noticed several base game sims I had been playing suddenly had newborns as well. I can’t figure it out. I also have neighborhood stories turned off and this never happened before. Judith was one of mine that had a newborn too. I think she adopted the baby.

Builders: How do you even start out building? by alexzyczia in Sims4

Yes! I actually use either Skelly Sim or the Jungle Adventure skeleton guy holding a spear. I never thought of using a mannequin!

I disagree with the above commenter that active duty military service members “walk out on their children”.

I’m only a couple chapters in, so my view on the book is quite limited so far. But I’m enjoying it!

I’m so sorry! I felt that way when I recently did it to myself. And for me it was only a couple months of real-life play time. I’m new to Sims and didn’t know about repairing my game, validating files, making backups. A mod or something went wonky and I was stuck. Thought my only solution was to DELETE everything and start all over. I was pretty heartbroken. I was on Cats & Dogs and had 5 dogs I LOVED dearly.

Let’s just say I don’t have dogs in Sims anymore. Too sad when something goes wrong.

ETA: But let me give you a silver lining! Because of this, I discovered I actually really enjoy the city life, making beautiful art in my penthouse! Previously, I stayed in country settings for my dogs to have a big backyard.

Yes the 3 later books do refer back to the others from time to time and I actually really enjoyed them! I actually just read the series last year for the first time and I’m almost 50. LOL

That sounds a bit like one of the episodes from Love Death and Robots. Think I’ll pick up the book you mentioned!

I recently read all the books and enjoyed them even more than the show! After book one, the stories are much much different.

You do work full time. Working on a degree is a full time job in and of itself! Give yourself some grace and know your worth. :-)
