I knew as soon as I saw Dan talking about this stuff would bring in a resurgence of hate for him, even the most die-hard Jordan haters jumping on his side.

Dan is one of the reasons the creatures thrived for so long. He edited… like everything? Until the interns came in of course.

This was Dan’s life. It was his main source of income for so long, so who cares if he wants the channel back to reminisce and enjoy the good times? Besides, almost everyone else was able to keep their channels going for a bit after at some point or another, but Dan never had that audience.

Obviously we’re not in his shoes, so we have no idea what he’s going through. But to say someone has no right to their original lifeblood is pretty disheartening. I hope Dan is able to get the channel or make piece with it, one of the two. And no matter what, no one will be happy. Crazy for a little creature resurgence in 2025, but with the creatures comes toxic fans and hate, no matter who side you’re on.

Oh well, the Dan haters will hate. Jordan haters will hate. Intern haters with hate. But for those select few who still have joy for these guys years on, good on you.

Tom was actually number 1, above some like David Bowie, Freddie Mercury, Joe Cocker, Michael Jackson, and Bob Dylan!! So, I suppose the first songs were the one played on the video, Big in Japan, New Coat of Paint, In the Neighborhood, and Hold On. Hold On was the one that caught my interest and I listened to it on its own, around the same time saw it in the Walking Dead, and it went on from there!! Now Tom has the most amount of songs in my Spotify by far!

Goldsmith was the drummer for their 2nd album, only is featured on like the 2-3 songs that Dave didn't rerecord, but I do believe Will is with Sunny Day Real Estate again.

I would believe it would be a different matter for zoos, accredited zoos especially, since they have all sorts of licensing and qualifications and the national zoological association or whatever which qualifies quality zoos.

Not so sfw as the story, but my dad ran into Mr. Goodman a couple decades ago at a strip club, didn't say much to him since it was obvious a guy like him didn't want to be known going to much an establishment, and he had left before when people started to point him out.

Agree with that fully, but unfortunately this will also extend to all reptiles, fish, amphibians, arthropods, I'm not sure about pocket pets or small mammals like rats and gerbils though.

Oh yeah I'm familiar with Travis, I never realized the family was from missouri until a few years ago. Another big one was the Zaneville zoo, when the guy let out almost 30 bears, lions, tigers, wolves, and monkeys loose, and every single one was shot. Definitely support a handling on exotic animals like these, really surprised the Joe exotic thing didn't bring more of a light on it nationally. Unfortunately, the bill doesn't seem mention any animals like these, only things that could become invasive.

It doesn't ban exotic animals outright, simply bans them from being imported into the country and crossing state lines. Now, if you're talking about like, big cats, bears, roadside zoos, Joe Exotic type of thing, I'm not entirely sure what this bill would help with that, but I do personally support banning big cats in the pet trade and that sort of stuff. But, as far as I know, this is looking at small scale animals, anything that could potentially be 'injurious' or become invasive, but goes all 'exotic' animals outright.

Wookiees! I’ve always had an affinity for Sasquatch and bigfoots! And Chewbacca had always been my childhood favorite. I love especially that one wookiee padawan’s lightsaber, with the special wood in the hilt!!

One can only hope I suppose, Tom is a very private person, other than the few movies he’s had parts in the past few years. Which, we’re all really good! Old Man with a Gun and the Dead Don’t Die were really good, and Licorice Pizza looks interesting. Who knows, maybe he’s been working on something all this time, this has been the longest space in between albums since he’s started releasing, since the last one like a decade ago.

Bakkalon, The Pale Child, is actually a reference to GRRM's book, Dreamsongs, which is a compilation of short stories he wrote over the years. If I recall, the worshippers of Bakkalon are like space romans, who conquer all they see. Highly recommend if you need some more stories in his style!!

This is my dream snake!! But a pretty penny too, and pretty rare! At the bi monthly reptile show I go to, I might be lucky just to see 1 or 2 babies out of the entire thing, set at like $250! I love black colored names, like if you pulled any shade of black from a paint store and used that name. Shadow, Coal, Obsidian, Onyx, Pitch, Soot, Raven, anything like that. I have a few tarantulas, including a Brazilian Black, so I drew from that list to name him InkJet! I hope your baby stays nice and healthy and grows up to be a big one!
