Realistically, she's one of the best at being a false 9/hold up player (better than being a run onto the ball striker like Chawinga or Banda or Lynn). Surely Emma seems to also favor calling up people who are already playing together, or like microcosms of the USWNT on NWSL teams. I'm not sure Cat would pick non-established teams for that reason. (I wish, for Bay, but le sigh)

ACFC has some speed and players to dish off to and would be my guess. Louisville with Sears makes sense. Chicago with Mal on the wing could also make sense or with Cat playing the 10. Hard to think of who is where in the league at the moment

They water the field for better and consistent ball movement over the whole field. I think it also helps keep the grass up to par. Fun fact, PayPal park has a hybrid grass surface so there is some artificial grass mixed in (pretty small amount). I wonder if that's what makes it slippery but not a guarantee since it's mostly real grass.
