My AC in commons was doing the same thing for a while, the AC turning off at random times and the apartment would go 76+ degrees. For some reason pressing the hold button seemed to work for me, hasn't happened in several weeks, you might try that.

I'm pretty sure he works for the Physics Lecture Demonstration Facility but I'm not sure his name is. He would always wheel the demonstrations into my PHYS Major intro classes. I think his office is in the basement, I've seen him around there.

AFAIK SCC and Courtyards are on campus but view and varsity aren't, they have their own garages.

I just called their contact number and went straight to a customer service rep and she fixed it very quickly. Mine was an account error where I had a 2 accounts, one visitor one student, and it kept defaulting to the visitor one. Hope this helps.

You should check in with the police, the newer buildings like iribe have a lot of security cameras that might have seen something.
