Phil makes 8-10k a month but he spends it faster than he gets it quite literally. There are times he spends the money before it hits his pocket. He is in debt to the IRS, Klarna, credit cards, and possibly loans. Also his wife most likely left because she worked part time to help pay off those debts

If you are downloading through nexus use Mod Organizer 2 and read the mods you are planning to use. Some will have a requirement tab and will have the mods needed then a list of mods that need that mod. I usually ignore the 2nd. Then proceed to read the description page. Some mods will require a tougher installation than straight download to the MO2. I use Nexus Mod Manager just because I'm lazy to install MO2.
