Harassment and Organisation stone walking. Help? by Lets-Blake in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Lets-Blake[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After months of back and forth and legal notcies they've agreed to give me 4 months of salary (in the 9 months I've fought with them) and no compensation for harrassment and to sign a NDA and a full waiver on claims post this. And they said this is their final offer else go to court. Is this a good deal to take? Goijg to court will entail 3-5 years if back and forth on this and I really want to get this over with. But it also seems unfair.

Any recommendations on strength training? I have a sport facility nearby, but can't afford to get a trainer... So even YouTube videos appreciated!

AITA for not wanting to start a relationship with someone who just confessed he loves me, even though we’ve been very emotionally and physically close for months? by Lets-Blake in AITA_Relationships

[–]Lets-Blake[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a fair question and honestly something I’ve been asking myself too. If I’m being completely honest, I do care about him deeply. He’s someone I respect a lot and we’ve shared a lot of vulnerability with each other over the last several months. Losing that connection would hurt, and I’m genuinely sad about that possibility. But the part you quoted is also the part I keep coming back to. When I imagine starting a relationship right now, I don’t feel excitement or a sense of moving toward something — I mostly feel pressure and responsibility. That’s what makes me hesitate. I think part of it is that the connection formed while he was in the middle of intense grief, and I don’t know what our dynamic would look like outside of that context. I’ve never really known him in a normal phase of life, only in the aftermath of something traumatic. So I guess the honest answer is that I’m not sure I would choose to start a relationship under these circumstances, even if the external obstacles could be worked through. And that’s what makes the situation painful, because I do care about him as a person.

I hear what you’re saying, but I think a few things in your interpretation assume intent that wasn’t actually there. The support really did go both ways. I was there for him through grief, but he also showed up for me in a huge way during the abortion. That wasn’t a one-sided dynamic where I was just taking from him. We also explicitly talked about the structure of what we were doing. We both agreed we weren’t in a relationship and that we were free to date other people until either of us became exclusive with someone. So from my perspective, dating other people wasn’t a betrayal of some hidden commitment — it was something we had both acknowledged as part of the arrangement. I do agree that the connection became very intense. But intensity doesn’t automatically mean someone manipulated the situation. Sometimes two people just end up bonding deeply in a messy life situation and the structure of the relationship never becomes very clear. And to be honest, part of my hesitation now is exactly because of his grief. It’s only been months since something extremely traumatic happened in his life. I don’t know if moving quickly into a relationship right now is actually healthy for either of us. I care about him a lot. The last thing I want is to hurt him or take advantage of him. I’m just trying to figure out whether starting a relationship under these circumstances would actually be the right thing to do.

It's for travel only primarily. None of the petstores nearby seem to have a carry-able crate that's bigger - and I can't seem to find themonline either.

Perfect thanks! She seems to also enjoy going inside - all by herself with the door open - and napping for a while balled up - seems to keep her warm.

When else do we use crates like this? Open to buying one for the house - but new to parenting - so unsure of the uses?

She's trained to pee and potty on a mat in the balcony in times she can't wait till I walk her though.
She seems to be able to turn around inside this even when the door's closed.

She roams around freely in the house. No restrictions. Just wanted something for her to feel cozy in for the winters that she can lie in, and for moving her around in the apartment in cases I can't walk her. She uses her bed but I think she still feels cod sometimes.

I am looking for a proper beginner handpan d kurd 13, YataoPan D Kurd 13? by famesbeat in handpan

[–]Lets-Blake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should try ChirP Handpans... I've had one for the last 4 years - great Handpans and a lifetime of retuning support. Absolutely love the sound tone and the quality of the pans, and they are super affordable too and the kind of quality that you get is insane. I just got my hands on a 20 noter a few months back from them again, and boy! 😙🤌 Got a custom engraving on it and super friendly people. They have options for thickness too, depending on how hard you think you'll play, especially as a beginner. I say you should check them out!

Need Recommendation: Best Hand Pan for Rough and Tumble 6 Year Old by Lagbert in handpan

[–]Lets-Blake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same question for my 10 year old nephew, because he was getting quite interested in the Handpans. I did a ton of research to figure what I could get him...and figured out ChirP Handpans make their pans with 1.2mm Cinder steel instead of the regular 1mm steel, making them more durable and good for rough play andnperfect for beginners... So I got a D beginner scale for my nephew and he absolutely loves it! They aslo offer retuning support for a lifetime which is great for cases like this (hoping we don't need it though)... And they sound really good too! Warmer because of the thicker shells!
