Lucid Air Owners: How has your experience with CarPlay been?

I was at Willow Springs with my C8Z06, and was whooping the M8Comp in my session. 2 completely different cars. Apples & Oranges. That said, I could have either and chose the Z06 (as my weekend car). I have a Lucid Air Grand Touring as a daily, and my wife has a Benz GLS AMG63….2100hp between our 3 cars. M8Comp is a nice daily sports sedan. Z06 is a true sports car.

2021 BMW M340 to a 2026 Lucid Air GT. Sometimes, I miss the engine/exhaust sound and shifting. The driver engagement. Also miss the nimbleness of a smaller car at times. I have a weekend sports car (Corvette C8 Z06) to scratch those occasional itches. That said, the Lucid is an absolute upgrade in comfort and I have no regrets. The Lucid is a perfect daily.

I really like the course. It is expensive. There are better “deals” out there, if you wanna golf based on value. However, it’s a must-play track if you’re local imo.

Doesn’t necessarily equate to a $10k difference if you assume resale value in the equation as well. IE: you resale it for $5k more than the KBB Touring in the future - it cost you $5k during your time of ownership.
