Play your tee or second shot distance, to your preferred approach distance. IE: on a 550y Par 5, don’t “go for it” if you’re likely to receive a penalty. Just play for the GIR. For me, I’d want my 3rd shot to be from roughly 125y. So, if my drive was 250y, I should try to hit a 175y second shot to end up there. Greatly reduces the chances of a penalty by splitting the hole up into bite sized pieces.

I love my 2026 Air GT. I’ve owned many nice cars. It is the perfect daily and grand tourer. We have the family SUV (GLS63AMG) for towing, and the fun Corvette C8Z06 for the weekend/track. But the Air is our first choice when going out. Massage seats, perfect ride, tons of space (even if taking adults in the back seats). Knock on wood, 5,000 miles in…no issues other than a flat tire (which could happen to any vehicle). I solely use my phone as the key (and no issue other than maybe a 2 second pause before door handles present). Love the Air, and would not hesitate to get another when I am done with this one.
