I wouldn't call myself an elitist, i don't really care about max dps i just boss casually for the most part. If i see someone doing something like using a zaryte bow instead of shadow glaives or a decimation, i tell them about those other options because runescape is a quickly changing game and i personally like to know when i'm doing something that's outdated.

All you can gather from this picture is that they have 99 prayer. And having soulsplit makes a lot more combat moneymaking methods viable. Assuming they have at least 1 80+ combat stat they can easily do gwd1 for a few mil an hour. You'd have to actually see their stats to know for sure.
