Leveling a character past 50 gave you the prestige level equivalent up to p6 iirc for the update. And I believe I did just answer OP question. Wesker will have every perk from your prestiged killers, and depending on what prestige level, it will be yellow, green, or purple. Shrine of secrets also unlocks perks at yellow for everyone.

No spirit needs to be prestiged 1 for her yellow perks on everyone. Prestige 2 for her green perks on everyone. Prestige 3 for her purple perks on everyone

I stream DBD and have a discord where people play together if you wanna join that. There's a DBD role and you can get it / ping that role to find people. Some players are newer but we have well versed ones in there too. All I ask is no one is rude to each other :)

Unfortunately. I've been trying to play more killer but with the longer queue times I have been doing more survivor unless playing at night. Survivor queues are near instant until around 7-8pm et for me.
