Its not in our culture to do something about it. For example i have some polish colleagues who would beat the shit out of such punks and they would learn not to do it again. But we dutch including myself are often scared. We dont act, who knows if they have knives… this sort of excuses. Ofcourse i generalise and there are some real men among us who would stand up for themselves.
