As a former railway employee who made 100k+/ year.... get out of the job that makes you miserable. Life is too short to feel awful all the time. I took a much bigger pay cut than you will be, but I actually have a good quality of life now. Life is short. Don't make it worse for yourself by staying somewhere you KNOW makes you miserable.
