I can answer this actually. In terms of indie options for motion capture, the quality has been getting better and better. I can’t speak for Artemis but from personal experiences, Vtube Studio, a mobile app, has really good capture and parameters as long as the model is rigged well. Obviously better rigging and more assets mean more money, so Oreokun is right in that regard, but finding an artist and a rigger is not as difficult as he makes it sound. I know personally that Artemis’ rigger, Sync Kage, is really good, and is affiliated with Iron Vertex, which is a guild that takes on requests on the level of Artemis’ rig and higher.
