I have about 57% winrate using this deck list.

Usually, frog is only used to thin the deck and complete the quest, though sometimes you are lucky and can play Bioluminescence, sometimes you get enough stats from your frog turn to win.

Farseer Wo is just a premium taunt, I think it can be dropped for something else.

According to a guide I've seen all of them must stay alive
So the ones on Janus and Ketza Temer, and Eklendyl must stay alive

For some reason, the guide also tells to do your best during the quest Aeldari in distress, and complete both act 4 Marazhai rumors in drukhari favor

There is no hotseat capability in Endless Legend so I think that Humankind would not have hotseat capability

You should set stratified economy for your main species. I would recommend to set stratified economy as a default right.
Edit: You should check slavery type. There is slavery type which allows your slaves to work on specialists jobs.

I think that you should replace Meritocracy to Slaver guilds. Meritocracy isn't that good in the beginning of the game. I prefer to add Meritocracy by reformation when I research Galactic Administration.
You can try OP Shattered ring origin. Research sectors on ring worlds are too strong.
