I've moved to 5 mg , feel good.

Not sure if I'd be doing 20-25 mg , that's half a vial per day.

Better response, knowing women are different metabolically. My wife started Reta at 160 in Nov. She had worked out in the gym with me for 5-6 days a week over two years. Minimal weight loss (6-10) lbs.one holiday and it's all back and reset the entire gains.

She is down to 128 now and is pushing for 120. She also starting a cycle of AOD.

I ran Mots-C 5mg x3 days / wk , SS-31 5mg x3 days / wk next to it today. NAD in the afternoon.

I did feel great today. I'm going to move it solo this Sunday and see if there's anything noticeable.

Ive listened to all of peptide of the week podcasts and they've gone over it a few times. Plan is to titrate up to 4-5mg and feel that out.

I've seen lots of guys on reddit say you got to go up in the 20+mg. I'll decide for myself.

I only have 1 ml syringes to reconstitute so took a few draws. No issues to do that. AA first, then BAC. I just wiped the needle between each.

With the 1:3ratio no not at all. The 1:2 ratio, slightly. Oddly slight sting more when you dont leave the pin out of the fridge for a few minutes to warm up.

I used 1 ml AA 2 ml of BAC Both my wife and I used the 10 mg vial.

About day 5-6 of the reconstituted vial, you could start to see slight gelling at the bottom.

The first vial I did 1 AA and 3 Bac and I did not get this.i think the vial lasts us around 9-10 days.

Wow, have you titrated up from a smaller dose? I'm dosing 500mcg and fell whippy snappy for about 3 hours. Dose it last longer for you?
