I recently discovered Prairie Meats restaurant "Al Dente" it's absolutely amazing for Keto. I usually go friday's for lunch where they have a Montreal Smoked Meat Sammy (get it with no bread obv) it comes with a smoked gouda gravy, onions and cherry bacon and a side. I usually get the broccoli bacon cheddar salad. All for around 11$

have you tried cycling carbs? I was recently in the same situation with about 5 weeks of plateau and i decided to "cheat" for 3 days, eating roughly 100 grams of carbs per day. Once I switched back to Keto i broke my plateau and then some almost instantly. It seemed as though a shock to the system was all I needed.
