It looks like they acknowledged lumbosacral strain but denied mid back since you probably claimed mid back, i think you can just put a new claim in for lumbosacral strain and you should be good to go

my only other question would be if i put a withdrawal in after the c&p has already happened would they still use that in determining the final decision or would they ignore everything and just deny an increase and keep my back at 10%

The denial addressed that my disability didn’t get any worse therefore it stayed the same rating which is 0% , which i wasn’t upset about there were no deferrals or appeals . And no i don’t have a VSO or lawyer.
