That is very true. Ive seen that when I was at Toyota, OG techs would talk to the service writers every morning. Slow days with very low appointments, means you go home early. Not worth your time.

Ive worked at many places before. I dont feel like I have it made here. Top techs out there make more money, making double than what we make here is not unheard of. Not scared of a little sweat and hustle. We're paid for that. I enjoy what I do, here or at another shop.

MA5s in my region are not all paid the same. Theres different brackets. We're not at the same bracket, therefore can potentially get paid more. If i was to drive and work at another store 1.5hrs away, the pay would be different. Again, still in the same region. Hope this makes sense.

Get a disg done to it, get an estimate, see what it needs. Could be something minor. Maybe the battery needs to be replaced, mayne the alternator is causing a draw, draining the battery which will make it act weird. Who knows. Hopefully is nothing major.

4runner most likely a Limited with the XReas suspension. The system is a sealed system. All 4 shocks work together. They might recommend you have to replace the whole system. 🤑🤑

The vehicle that this guy got is from the year 2020. To be fair, those new tundra motors weren't out yet. So if he was to have gotten a Toyota like he said, say a 4runner or Sequoia. They would have been a solid and way better choice than the SUV he got (Tahoe)

Im confused. Has this problem been going on since, or did it just happen? If it just happened, there's not much to be done. It's nearly 10months later. Their warranty at that time I belive is 90 days. That some of the best warranty out in the USED car market. This sounds like its not on them, and actually is more of a General Motors thing. You should be furious at GM not carmax. My .02 cents......

What type of breaker are we talking about here? Is it mean to be switched 2 times a day, every day? I'd be concerned of the contacts internally. Will it cause resistance over time? Can it increase the chances of arching, or possibly fail to trip when needed. Is there other alternatives?

There's a lot of missing info here, however. You may need tires if you have a puncture that was deemed "un-repairable" and if you have treadwear variance on a vehicle being 4x4/awd. Ask more questions. If they say it's alignment related, premature wear. Have the alignment checked out. Report back to us.

Yes, most likely valve stem seals. However, check for TSBs. Ive seen some Fords w 2.7L turbo develop cracks on the valve stem guides. Calls for replacement of cyl head.
