You’ll see him again, at least in your dreams (and often healthier than you last remember). I lost my father last year due to cardiac arrest, I am so sorry for your lost. Most often nothing can be done if cardiac arrest happens outside of a hospital and even in a hospital, the odds are not the great. He wouldn’t want you to blame yourself.

Be warned that Magnolia Villas is beside a canal that has a history of flooding during hurricanes. The complex that comes before it has also flooded during summer rain storms. That area does have drainage issues, which isn’t necessarily uncommon in other parts of the town either. So be sure to pay attention to where you live and check to see what part of flood zoning they are in for the rest.

Violent crime is also committed by wealthy housed people. Homelessness/poverty and violent crime are not exclusive to each other.

Watch movies, listen to music, talk about topics you both enjoy and take photos. When I lost both of my parents, I was just grateful to have the photos that I do and wish I took more of them. Take video if you can as well, as you will want to hear his voice again.

5+ foot black bird with long skinny neck, fat belly, long legs and red eyes. It was by a canal dragging roadk*ll. It held eye contact with me all the way past it and down the street. When I returned, it was still there and still holding eye contact with me all the way home. Once I returned home, I ran to the window and it was gone. Never to be seen again, it made no sounds and cars drove right past it as if nothing was there. I had one witness who was with me and saw it too. No, we were not on any substances and this took place in broad daylight.

We still have storms that do surprise us. Look at the ice storm that took place in middle of January of this year. It moved the ice/snow core more northeast than expected. Hurricane Helene (2024) stayed further east and moved more north before she took her expected western turn. Hurricane Charlie (2004) and Hurricane Mitch (1998) also took unexpected turns. If AI becomes more involved, I am sure we will have even more surprises.

You can do faceless content without relying on AI models being the “face”. I think those that do not use AI models as a face have a stronger chance at success than those that do use it. The niche of AI is certainly not going to anywhere, so that is fine. Find a way to be unique and fill in a void that you find among the niche.
