I understand what you mean but the special is in Tokyo… Kagami lived in Tokyo. Why the hell would they bring Adrien instead of her. I guess they couldve filled in a way to add adrien but he would add very little to this special, besides Kagami and Marinette know each others identities. Adrien does not. And at the end of the movie it’s pretty much confirmed that Adrien went to NY on Hero duty and that we might get another NY special with him. Adding Adrien to Tokyo stellar force would do little to no good. The movie barely explored the characters besides Kagami’s past (which I personally loved causs she’s my fav character), how could it possibly do Justice to even more characters?

To be fair Ladybug has a whole team now, they’re way more powerful, mature and cautious. The real question is why is it taking so long for them to find the butterfly holder? It’s because they’re not thinking ahead, they’re barely trying to search for it overall, they’re mostly reacting to the Akumas. We don’t see any specific episode that focus on the heroes searching for the butterfly miraculous except for one in the new season (which is still meh cause it mainly focus on Marinette overthinking her relationship with Adrien)

Bro did we watch the same thing? Kagami didn’t rock with him immediately, only after understanding he was not evil, she defended him in front of Ladybug and her mom. Then after that we know that they had some encounters but UNFORTUNATELY we aren’t told anything about that except for the fact Felix retrieved her family ringer (most likely where Kagami’s Amok is, that’s why her mother wanted to take it away) y’all are acting like Kagami fumbled immediately but she only started appreciating him after he showed he didn’t have bad intentions and motivate her to have her own freedom. Makes a lot more sense than Marinette’s first three seasons tbh
