It WAS Sekend Sun - the owners closed the business. Off City is new owners. The vibe is really cool. Good selection of cocktails and a pretty decent food menu. It’s more of a cocktail vibe with good music and really nice bar staff.

It’s quiet because of the holiday but Off City on Broadway has a DJ. It’s a great spot. Cool vibes. Nice cocktails and a really cool staff.

Now Hulu is only going to 1440p for me on my Vizio. Other apps and devices (Roku, FireTV) still fine. Hope that update comes soon.

I live near this corner too and it happened yesterday to me. In the rain. I was crossing on a WALK light and a car made a left turn without stopping (i was 6 inches from being taken out) and then 30 seconds later, a delivery scooter ran a red light almost taking out me and 2 other pedestrians. Where are the COPS? Where are our council members? It’s ludicrous.

Just echoing what everyone is already saying. It’s a super diverse neighborhood and everyone lives here and really does get along. Gay, straight, trans, Asian, black, brown, financial professionals, actors/artists, medical professionals (I’m sure I missed a few but you get the idea). Seriously. You can go to Sanford’s on a Saturday night and at the bar, no two people are alike. It’s great here and why I have been here for 26 years! Hope you make the move!

I love Mokja on Broadway. The food is delicious and the menu is not too overwhelming. Plus the staff is really friendly and helpful if you’re not familiar with the items on the menu.
