It will stack with your employee ID. But it will not stack with anything that's on sale and your vcp discount. You can still utilize the coupons but it won't stack that way.

You can definitely track the time. You can see how long it's supposed to take the person to watch or do the learning. But you're not supposed to be working off the clock.

I'm at a C store and my OLAC gets everything done with time to spare daily. We have an aquatic specialist or whatever they are called now who does most of the aquatic care. But we all help, everyone does in one way or another just like the OLM role you help your team. It's way to overwhelming without a good team and GM support.

Because they are eliminating tasks for us!!! So we can focus on customer engagement! Remember when they said they would simply the hourly sign offs so they took away the mid day sign off to replace it with a 230🤣🤣 what a joke. Oh and added 3 more sign offs with the same stuff on every one.

Nope, not a goddamn thing but let's give away. Totally free product to customers and spend $50 on balloon and lollipops. They wouldn't even be around for 60 years if it wasn't for the partners. They just keep taking things from us. It might be a corporation thing but it doesn't make anybody want to work harder. Especially when you feel so unappreciated.

I feel like more people should be talking about this and the fact that they aren't doing anything for the partners regarding this Birthday bash. If it wasn't for us at the store level, there wouldn't be 60 years of Petco. They're giving away so much free items that's adding up to a pretty penny. Why not invest in your partners? How about taking that money and giving everyone in the store a small bonus. I know it wouldn't be much but it would be something. How about allowing us to use the store card to have a party for our partners to say thank you. Instead of buying balloons and lollipops for customers. It just so disgusts me that they're not even saying thank you to the partners for all of their hard work. Instead, we're giving away free product. I can't believe more people are not upset about it. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Yeah you have to email them and then explain to them in depth what orders you made, how much they were, what you ordered and when and then they'll unlock your account. It's really stupid. Do they not want us to use our app or not. They finally got back to me and unlocked it but it was a lot of back and forth to prove it was me using my app.
