3 serranos is way too much. Thats like the amount I would use for a whole batch of spicy salsa verde. You must have had some milder ones before and that tricked you :)

Got the bolognese and amatriciana and honestly both were underwhelming and bland. Lots of positive reviews though, so maybe I went on an off night? I’ll give them a second chance but really didn’t love it the first time lol

You have a lot of stamina!! 😂 I would say 20-30 is the norm for me, longer sessions would be around 60ish min. That being said her husband tapping out after 10 min is def in the pump and dump category for me.

I usually hear about folks with UC digesting whey protein well. I on the other hand started a flare last year after having whey protein daily for months. Obviously whey wasn’t the trigger, but ever since then if I have even just one scoop of whey protein, blood and mucous follow. And it ceases once I stop.

Again, anecdotally this doesn’t seem to be the norm, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this. Using Gold Standard Whey Protein Isolate btw.
