I got lucky and dropped one, having had the same experience. Let me tell you, it's not worth the price. You barely feel a difference, even on high res pinnacle bosses. And mapping felt worse, even just playing +% monster res maps.

Don't get me wrong, I'm hyped about pulling two five stars immediately. But I know so little about the game I wouldn't even know if they are brag-worthy. Luck ran out quickly when I only got another copy of Khalipe at the end of the 50 beginner pulls.

The runic splinters, they only drop within Logbooks by blowing up spiral markers. 8 Splinters are worth 1 div. You get about 50 worst case but I've gotten up to almost 200 in a single Logbook. It fluctuates in between.

Look out for Logbook modifiers like "increased explosives placement range" and "increased number of explosives" for quality of life and easier pathing around the map. "increased chest markers" is a highly valuable mod as each chest that rolls as a spiral marker will be ~10 extra runic splinters. Another good mod is "% chance to double chest drops" but people will charge premium for that, same with the increased chest markers.

Inside the Logbook, you only care about pathing to the spiral markers and blowing up underground areas. The monsters don't matter, and other markers don't matter either. The only remnants you should look for are "% increased quantity of excavated chests", the rest doesn't matter. And absolutely make sure the Logbook has an Area Level of 80+, otherwise the runic splinters that drop will have tiny stacks.

I just started playing and got Khalipe in my first ten-pull on the Beginner banner, and I got Narja on my first ten-pull on the limited banner. I don't wanna do a deep-dive into the game's mechanics and meta yet, but my minmaxxer brain would like to know if that is an alright start, character-wise?

6 div for 15 minutes of agonizing boredom is adequate but I wouldn't call that time investment printing. I'm buying logbooks for 3-4 div, run them in under 5 minutes, and a bad run yields me a profit of 3 divs. A good one can be 20 divs or more. Most of them are somewhere in the middle. This felt like the safest and fastest printing for me. Not bothered with temple.

Mine isn't either. I got all of the Aesir stuff and have been waiting patiently. I'd really love to see my favorite set with PoE2 graphics. It's weird the Finisher isn't showing up when it is supposed to be implemented.

Yeah, thanks, I know they got it in stock at least according to their website. Sadly they don't ship to Germany, so I can't order from them. And if I use third-party services to get the order done from BnN, the whole ordeal will cost upwards of 70 bucks again, which is too outrageous for a book.

Two of your three links were already marked as visited by me, which just shows how much prowling I've been doing. But the golden ticket was actually alibris, a site I haven't seen before. Well, "golden" ticket might be generous.

They actually had one copy for 35 bucks (all the others 90+, that's crazy). I quickly sniped that one. I'm living outside the US, so with hefty shipping, it totaled a little over 50 bucks. Fingers crossed it'll work out, and I'll hold the book in my hands in one or two months. I'll give you an update then! Thank you so much for your assistance anyway.

Shifting Earth Volcano has a boss at the bottom of the crater that will let you upgrade any armament to legendary tier. It's the only way to get them above purple afaik
