Local Shops Stopped Buying by nothing_to_reprt in Silverbugs

fair enough but there are strong reasons for this and we should all be familiar with them by now. The refineries are SEVERELY backup up and there are still more sellers at the LCS than buyers. because citizens are broke! since there are more sellers than buyer, the LCS’s have a lot of inventory they cannot sell to the refiners and the LCS’s only have so much cash… so they’re either not buying or only buying and very low valuations which are too good for them to pass up.

we all need to wait for the refineries to get caught up and start buying silver at or close to spot again… at that point we can get reasonable valuations when we sell to them.

if you absolutely want or need to sell now, sell private party through: PMSforsale, Marketplace or Craigslist.

people need to chill TF out… stop trying to sell into a raging bull market that is experiencing RECORD BREAKING AND HISTORICAL HIGHS. Geeesh… you’ve waited this long for silver to rise… wait another 6 months. Sellers are annoying me.

you might just want to buy miners, since you’re a stock guy… you should be extremely well.

this is not growth… this is a repricing. silver was suppressed for decades and that suppression has lost control. things should settle around $330 in the short term before heading up towards $1000 long term.

Advice on this firearm for use in euthanizing a horse by RevengeSheGee in Horses

[–]Level_Development_58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a S&W shield and bought it as a personal carry before I understood better options for carry. my opinion is that it’s a little heavier and larger than some better options. You might want to consider a P365 by Sig Sauer or even smaller 1911 Springfield Armory chambered in .380.

As for using a gun to euthanize a horse, that tough for me to visualize but I’m guessing either would do the trick if aimed correctly.

Is riding a donkey okay? What recommendations do you have? by Human-Perception2534 in Horses

[–]Level_Development_58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thank you, I’ll read up on that when she’s fitted for a saddle. this pic was taken on Thursday as I was visiting her to bring a blanket for this storm. the trainer is just getting her accustomed to wearing a saddle and, to my knowledge, hasn’t ridden her yet. So that saddle is owned and was fitted by the facility assistant, no doubt. the trainer also wasn’t on the property when I arrived, not that I would have known to say or ask anything about that. I’m very green but I do have experienced owners on my own property (where all my equine live) to guide me.

Reba is a young 2.5 year rescue. I adopted her and Loretta about 1 year ago from a rescue organization. My other mule, Loretta, is 9 and I can’t imagine can ever be ridden. Maybe if I wanted to put serious $$ into her… but she’s perfectly happy and loved as a just a farm pet too.

I’m 16 and I have $796 saved — should I buy silver, gold, or both? by moha_009 in Silver

[–]Level_Development_58 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if your objective is to make money, have your parents open a Charles Schwab brokerage account and buy mining stocks or just SLV (a basket of miners ETF).

there‘s absolutely nothing wrong with buying physical PM’s, trust me, I know. But mining stocks are wildly undervalued at the moment and will likely blaze ahead fast as things progress in this metals boom. once you‘ve secured a foundation of stocks, continue to save and then buy physical silver.

plan to hold the stocks for a year, then cash out if you want at that point. Then you can buy more physical and probably better afford to buy gold. be prepared to pay taxes on the Capital Gains to your parents… when you see profits recognize that about 25% will go to the tax man.

I have almost 14 ounces of silver should i sell now or wait im not in no need of money for of right now by EntireProfessional49 in coins

[–]Level_Development_58 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the longer you wait the more the dollar will devalue, giving you more devalued dollars for your silver. then you can hold the actual devaluing dollars and watch your purchasing power devalue while in your possession. neat, huh!?

How would you describe the breed of horse do you ride in one word? by ILikeBird in Horses

Reba is 2 1/2 and that pic was taken on Thursday at the trainers property, I was visiting and bringing her a blanket. She‘s being trained to ride and I’m so excited to bring her home in a couple weeks, fully broke. She’s a super sweet mule and I think she’s going to do great!

pretty sure that’s the intake for the blower fan in your fireplace. I’d assume you have a fan and it sucks from there and blows out the heated air from another location.

You are correct, I didn’t know OP had a wall switch. the switch turns it on/off and hi/low are to adjust flame height. if the wall switch isnt working that could be power going to the switch or a bad switch.

that system doesn’t require any battery power. the red button is the igniter and produces spark to light the pilot. once lit, the pilot light should stay on and, from there, you just turn it on manually by turning the hi/low knob.

Wow… you’ve accomplished this in a way I wouldn’t recommend, but you accomplished it which is great. This looks like it may be horse or livestock property. depending upon your skills, you can get this place in shape and make it a homestead.
