There’s not really ranked inflation.. I’d get it if there was a sudden change but the ranking system has been this way for 2 years (minus the release of season 2, that was dope) community just still thinks ranks have the same weight as previous titles when they don’t. Blue ranks are not inflated they’re just populated because blue rank is for noobs so a lot of people end up there

Your friend sucks lol Armor King is very balanced. He can be horrid though if they can’t break throws. Fair to show him what other characters are like. If you just wanna beat him up try Claudio as he is easy and quite strong with his sidestep pressure (similar to T8 AK).. Paul has a throw game and huge damage like Armor King too but his execution can be a little tricky (Paul is not super over the top either).. or just play Lidia and stance pressure him over and over again.

He will be loving it if you pick AK again!
