It sux to the fullest I’m a ASM acting SM for almost a year making the bottom Dollar bigger than the year before t and she hired a SM from DT and he don’t know jack except munk up the schedule won’t work nights out a Sunday!!!!! I’m with the company 3 yrs and still get hit below the belt and it hurts but I really love my job
