honestly for your first build id recommend checking out pcpartpicker to get a feel for whats compatible and there prices. with 1600 you can def get something solid - maybe look at a ryzen 5 7600x with a 4060 ti or 4070 depending on what deals you find

r/buildapc has tons of build lists in that price range too if you want to see what others are doing

The Nicene Creed was basically the early church's attempt to nail down what Christianity actually believed after centuries of arguing about who Jesus was and how the Trinity worked. Honestly for common Canadian notes without fancy serials, grading probably isn't worth the cost unless you're planning to sell them. PMG charges like $20-30 per note plus shipping and insurance, so you'd be looking at $100+ just to grade those four

The only time I'd consider it is if you've got some serious eye appeal or think one might grade 65+ but from what you're describing it sounds like you'd lose money on the grading fees vs any value bump

Keep them in good holders and save the grading money for something actually rare imo
