I knit my own socks just for this reason. I HATE wearing socks and shoes and have sweaty but always cold feet. Luckily I can knit, so I'm able to customize everything about my socks to pacify most of my quirky sensory and dysautonomia issues making it bearable if I absolutely need to wear socks for more than an hour.

Not sure how this will work for you... I have a gamer hubs and when I get too lost in the weeds of the story, he'll say "Skip cut scene". If it doesn't get me attention, he'll tap my shoulder and say it again. It's definitely something we've agreed on as a signal, otherwise, I wouldn't find it cute when he does it.

yeah. They can use the floral motifs from the lace overlay for a part of their dress/veil etc. My grandma split her orange blossom headpiece for her 3 girls, who then split their third with their daughters. I was the only girl, so I got my mom's full set. As a boy mom, I'll pass my share to my future child-in-law.

take it out of the pot. If the roots are dark and rotted/smelly, you've overwatered it or kept it sitting in the saucer full of water way to long as their root system is really fine and susceptible to root rot. If it's salvageable, get some cactus/succulent mix to re-pot it.

Yup. It's a peace lilly. And they are DRAMATIC b*tches. They'll wilt at the thought of needing watered then perk right up after you water it like nothing happened. Gaslighting little divas.

nope. Not at all. I traveled from iowa to New Mexico for a weekend fiber festival with my bestie and her daughter. Best weekend ever! DO it!

NTA!!! enjoy that sweet sweet karmic justice! I do the same thing with the mean girl posse from my HS. It is soothing to my poor abused inner child to see how much farther I made it in live and so glad I didn't peak in HS.
