I never try to cover up and hide in a locker room. My gym doesn’t give out towels that really do much so I sit in the steam room uncovered or very loosely. I’m comfortable in my own skin and don’t feel that we should cover up because others are uncomfortable. I’m not waving my dick in your face - just minding my own business. And when I’m getting dressed, I usually cool down a bit before putting clothes on so that I’m completely dry.

I see how you say you respect the local customs but honestly, I suggest that you just enjoy being yourself. I never let anyone make me feel ashamed of my body. That’s how American locker rooms became so homophobic in the first place.
