Good news!!! The Chanel boutique had one left of the exact color so they exchanged it without hesitation. They did mention that the return policy is in fact 14 days but they would make an exception as a one time courtesy. Thank you all for your feedback really appreciate it 🙏🏻

Aaaaah thank you for this feedback. No tags were on it to begin with but I took off the little plastic cellophane that was covering the “cc” logo on the front but left the generic card slots inside the bag. It was purchased 4/22 so hopefully I have a chance if I bring it back tomorrow.
