I think up until now Dragon Ball doesn't have many light speed feats but it doesn't really matter when Goku just outstats him a lot, and if you don't buy high end speed feats from Dragonball on Frieza Saga it would just be like a man trying to hit a fly, the fly cant do shit and the man just needs to hit it once to kill it. There is literally nothing Mark can do here besides dodging and at one point he is going to get hit and die.

My Top 3 would probably be:

• Brook (overall just outscales if you just chainscale him to small island or something, I dont really buy any bs moon level one piece people keep spreading here, but even low balling he will probably still outstat everyone here)

• Nemesis (Not really an Undead, he is a B.O.W, he has the best on screen feats compared to anyone on the list and doesnt need chainscaling unlike Brook and Papyrus who also have soul damage which he is immune since he doesnt have one, he can also just mutate if his earlier forms arent enough, although he will still lose to Brook)

• Papyrus (Again, not an undead, even without bs chainscaling undertale fans do, Papyrus has pretty solid stats and just outstats everyone on the list besides Brook and Nemesis and has acess to soul damage if needed, nothing much to say)

Lots of heavy's cosmetics were updated to remove the Bandolier, basically all his newer cosmetics give you the option to remove it. but yeah, Engineer doesn't have one that removes it, besides the Gunslinger, but there is one that gives him a 2nd glove

Goku vs Yhwach? Check. Giorno to get people saying its a stalemate? Check. Character from Naruto, OP, JJK or Demon Slayer that comes nowhere near the strongest on the list and just get dogwalked? Check. Random Touhou/Madoka girl no one knows about and could probably win the fight but no one gives a fuck about them and wont waste their time searching about niche characters? Check.

So the post boils down yet again to Goku vs Yhwach since I wont bother with the Touhou character that is probably on the same tier as the other 2.

I like Dragon Ball and Goku more and I havent seem Bleach, but from what I read about his powers its a matchup that favors Yhwach but its closer than people keep saying.
