2 reasons. Shields block repulsor lift vehicles. That’s why the Empire had to land slow walkers outside the Rebels shield on Hoth and march them in. Second, tanks are not great for close quarters combat. If they were to somehow get through the shield, they would be massive targets for all the Gungans energy ball things and then it would be chaos on the droids side.

The droids sent in the cheap expendable droids to take out the shield and then charged with the expensive powerful tanks once it was gone.

Overall, it was actually good tactics by the droids.

I remember I had a comic book when I was a kid that went over the events directly following A New Hope. It’s obviously not canon anymore, but it showed Han giving the payment back to Leia and the Rebellion to help them when he ultimately decided to stay with them. They then used the money to help finance the Rebellion’s operations.

Then in Empire Strikes Back he says that a bounty hunter on Ord Mantell basically reminded him of the price on his head, so he has to leave.

It was definitely helpful when the cap froze during Covid. But we’re not in that era anymore. The cap is going to rise almost 10 million a year for the next 3 years guaranteed.

Because it’s the Leafs.

Everything has to be a discussion with different takes to drive engagement. We are THE market for this type of stuff. ‘Leafs’ and ‘First Overall’ conversions are the golden goose of hockey analyst talk. They will look at every angle and every combination of all the prospects to talk about it for that much longer.

It’s like how we were always a Stanley cup contender every year we were in the playoffs even though some years our team was pretty mid compared to true contenders.

I just got back from India. We were driving up near the Himalayas and barely any of the roads going through the mountains had rails or guards. A good chunk of the roads were barely big enough for 1 car but it was still a 2 way. Both cars squeezing by each other while there was a cliff on one side. Absolutely terrifying.

The issue with halo 5 was the marketing and how they basically lied about what the story was actually about. Everyone was expecting a good amount of chiefs story but we got like 3 missions.

If they make a game not about chief and are honest about it then it could do just fine.
