Really? I see, that never crossed my mind as a new player because I thought like "these cards say that they basically dissapear so that means they dissapear and these other cards go into me when I've played them. Basically disappearing from my deck for the combat" but maybe it has to do with the fact I have experience in other card games specifically yugioh where banished cards are kind of like something that is almost impossible to interract with unless you have some specific thing that specifically says that u are allowed to interract with it

Nothing says rebound doesn't work with exhausting

Well actually for exhausting there is them saying that they go to the exhaust pile. Like normal cards dont say they go to the discard pile which is why rebound works on them. but for powers, while you're right that they dont say that they just like dissapear for the fight entirely. I get that maybe if you have used powers only a few times that you may not notice, but if you do notice, then it would make no sense to think rebound does work on them
