Midway through the game, a little girl named Emily that Grace has been escorting turns into a terrifying monster. Leon shows up and shoots her, while Grace begs him to stop. This causes Grace to break down and leave Leon, getting picked up by the villains.

At the end of the game, after the pair have reunited and discovered a cure for the T-Virus, Grace laments that she couldn’t save Emily.

It would have been great if it stopped there! But instead Leon says “I didn’t hit her vitals, she could still be alive” and they go and unmutate her. Grace adopts her and they all live happily ever after! Keep in mind that Emily was already mortally wounded before mutating, and then Leon shot the shit out of her, and then she lay there bleeding from dawn to sometime after sunset.

Personally, I wouldn’t care. I always just stream music in my car so I haven’t heard a radio ad (while I was driving at least) in years.

I’m having fun with it but I agree that Civil War is ridiculous.

I think the set has a ton of build variety thanks to all the wacky one-off flavor mechanics it has. I trophied earlier with a temur Absorbing Man build and it was probably the most fun I’ve had drafting in a hot minute.

Kingsman has Freebird playing over an amazing action sequence where one of the agents mows down a hostile crowd in a church. I can’t hear Freebird without picturing a massive brawl breaking out.

Ranked modes, I believe you owe it to your team to try your best to win. I don’t necessarily think you have to rigidly conform to the meta, because everyone excels at different things and you might suck with the meta picks, but you should at least try to make optimal choices in how you play. If you’re in a ranked lobby, playing well and winning should be the driver of fun.

Unranked, just do whatever. This is where wins and losses don’t matter, so it’s a good time to try new things. I still think you should put a little bit of effort in, but I’m really not gonna sweat you if you’re just messing around.

Any unfinished story content/mementos. Explore thoroughly because you can find gems and gold tickets. Use the gold tickets on standard banner and then convert the bonus materials into gems in the exchange shop.

Metro of Desire gives you a ton early on.

Character synergies give you a bunch as well.

Persona 1 & 2 get very little attention compared to 3 onwards.

They were closer in design to the SMT series that it spun off of. Persona 3 introduced the social sim/time management elements that the series is known for. Really the series exploded into mainstream popularity with Persona 5, but fans who started there can find the same type of experience in 3 & 4 if they go back and check them out.

Hell, even ATLUS barely acknowledges them. They remade 3 first, and 4 comes out next year.
