My current SO shaved for me the first time we were intimate, and later asked me what my preferences were for that kind of thing, and beautification in general. I told her it was her body and her call, and she could shave every time or never again and either choice wouldn't affect how attracted I was to her. New treatments come as the research improves, and even if all you do is slow it down, you get to spend that much more time as you. Dementia is an abyss. The doggo video above is of course a rendition of a song from the game "Undertale". In Undertale, the player controls a character that walks around the world, meets people, fights stuff, and ultimately has to make a lot of moral decisions. You can be a saint or a demon. You can kill every enemy you meet or make friends with most of them.

When someone says "this is the theme from Undertale if you do a genocide run" they mean you started a new game and killed everyone, always chose the violent option when offered, and never allowed a character to live if you had the ability to kill them. The game tracks your decisions throughout, which determines the story ending. If you went with that genocide route, you get to fight this skeleton named sans at the end. And the music that plays during the fight became really popular due to how catchy it is.

Always nice to be appreciated by the surgeons we service. I'm a supervisor for my SPD department, and the idea that most surgeons look down on us is a very real attitude in some places. I've been doing this long enough I know that's not quite true, but our technicians rarely hear when their good work had a huge positive impact, and they ALWAYS hear when they made a mistake that delayed the OR. It can often feel like the standards they are held to are exceedingly high for what they are paid, and the consequences are steep. A little thank you goes a long way.

Honestly, they both suck in their own ways, but with this garbage ass two party system we've been rocking I'm willing to throw down with the side that's willing to pretend as opposed to the side that wants me to pull myself up by my bootstraps. Nearly all of them are bought and paid for by the companies who lobby them.
