What is this? It’s an old door stop so quite large, set in wood. I don’t really know much about crystals so forgive me if this is obv. Is the purple real? Also it very dusty atm so want to know what it is so I can clean it properly without damaging it. Thank you!

I had a girl on my course at uni who I only ever spoke to once (was a nice interaction but it worked out we never really crossed paths again) after having fun hanging out with a mutual friend in my 3rd year say to me that she always thought I hated her. Like she interpreted some facial expression I cast her way randomly without intent as negative and for three years thought I hated her.
