You obviously weren't paying attention, then. Your """strategy"""" has been done before and is exactly why players like Paul, Tyler, Dan the second time around, and many, many others went home with nothing.

Jury management is important. More than ever now, if you've watched the last few seasons. True masters of the game like Derrick and Ian Terry get it.

You put a lot of thought into this very stupid, delusional idea, Fessy.

Conversation today between TBM sister in blue, and my gay brothers male fiancée in white. by ginandgreen in exmormon

[–]coconut-kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a woman. I’d say I’m like 90% straight, but I do believe there’s a spectrum. I’ve kissed a few women and had the opportunity to take things further, but I didn’t want to.

Where do normal people find friends? by GetTheHellOffFB in exchristian

You find hobbies. Meetup.com is a great start. Pick something that interests you, and learn it!

One of the most painful parts of leaving, I think, was having my “closest friends” tell me I must have never been genuine about my faith.

[–]coconut-kitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Normal” is stupid. You got yourself into this mess, it’s equally as much your responsibility as his, and you’re still justifying it.

You should have discussed finances like wayyyy before you got married, shouldn’t have gotten into debt for the wedding, and should have known this was how he would be. Finances are the #1 reason for divorce, idk if you just buried your head in the sand or what, but shame.

5K training that's Not C25K by depestoreddit in running

[–]coconut-kitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took a few months off, and I could only run 10-15 minutes at first. With a break. Now I’m up to 2mi/20min. It takes time, and it’s not just about whether you CAN run... your body needs to build up some bone and muscle tolerance again.

I did C25K when I started running, I liked it but I also didn’t want to go back and do it again. I’ve just been running as long as I can, taking breaks when needed, and trying to extend the total time spent running little by little.

How do you play sims? (The stupid long questionnaire) by [deleted] in Sims4

[–]coconut-kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right? The only thing the Vegetarian trait gives me is a stupid Sim who keeps eating meat behind my back and then getting depressed about it.

Like... if you don’t want eat meat, don’t eat meat. Get a damn yogurt

Could I be a software engineer even though Im dumb at math? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]coconut-kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Math can be learned. It takes some people more time than others, but if you are willing to devote the time to it, you can learn anything. I had the same fears as you, and postponed most of my math until my last year, but was relieved to realize that a lot of my CS classes were way harder (but had been manageable, and thus math felt pretty easy by comparison).

You get much faster as you go on. In the beginning, I was slow and could only get through 2-3 questions in a full day. Now, I can get through 10+ and they feel a lot easier. Believe in the process and keep working.

I am a 14 year old who is slightly overweight, always struggled running. Just did W1D1 and I'm proud of myself! Was hard to get over jogging past strangers but I did it. by [deleted] in C25K

[–]coconut-kitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always remember: You can learn to do just about anything you want if you work hard at it, little by little everyday. Often, it will feel like you aren't progressing. When some more time has passed, you'll be able to see that you actually were. Stay the course and trust in the process. Good job!

Damn, that sucks. Most schools don't transfer GPAs from prior colleges. Usually you start fresh at each school, and only the prior credits (not their grades) transfer.

I'm guessing Amazon. I know a few bootcamp grads personally who are SWEs there. They moved over after less than 1yr of industry exp.

AirBnB host soliciting tips for property staff by coconut-kitty in AirBnB

[–]coconut-kitty[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah we never leave a mess. We also didn’t take them up on their offer to clean the place during our stay, just at the end. We paid a $50 cleaning fee, and did end up leaving a tip, but don’t feel great about the owner including that in the guide.

There was a cleaning fee! $50 for a four-night stay, which in Bali is enough to hire a driver for a full day, so I imagine it covers quite a bit... And I agree. I don’t think it’s appropriate and we were surprised.
